  9. This is version 1.1 of program SeqGen. With SeqGen you can create and  edit
  10. amino  acid  sequences,  i.e.  protein  primary  structures and use them to
  11. generate peptide sequence files for commercial  epitope  mapping  software.
  12. This is especially useful for users of very old MS-DOS based software.

  15. Features

  17.     * User can customize output to files and printer by using printf()-
  18.       style control codes
  19.     * Description of 20 amino acid names present in natural proteins
  20.       is included. Other amino acid tables can be defined
  21.     * Easy switching between one-letter and three-letter abbreviations
  22.     * GUI adapts (to some degree) to different font and window sizes
  23.     * Uses default or specially defined public screen
  24.     * Fully localized, Finnish (suomi) and Spanish (español) catalog
  25.       files and .guides included
  26.     * On-line AmigaGuide documentation by pressing "Help". Supports
  27.       MenuHelp
