  51.     'SoftConfig' allows configuring the global environment used by
  52.     every program supplied on the Utility Disk Series (available from
  53.     MIKE HURT SOFTWARE!).

  55.     For example:  If a program opens a window, the window can either
  56.     be opened on the screen requested by the program, or on the
  57.     default public screen (if the software configuration flag has
  58.     been set for that option) and you have a default public screen
  59.     (other than the 'Workbench Screen' opened).

  61.     By clicking on the '?' next to the configuration flag on the
  62.     'SoftConfig' window, you will get a description (if the flag
  63.     is supported/ used by other programs) of the flag and purpose when
  64.     used by other programs.

  70.     Selecting 'USE' will temporarily save the new configuration.  The
  71.     configuration will be lost when your system is reset/ rebooted.
