  5. This is a fully-fledge protracker/soundtracker module player that is
  6. mostly portable. It now runs succesfully on the AMIGA, silicon graphics,
  7. sparc, linux, hpux, dec, NeXT...
  8.  
  9. This version has ALL protracker effects implemented, and needs less cpu time
  10. than the previous ones.

  12. It also includes the ppunpack utility, to depack PowerPacker files. I've
  13. decided to bundle it with tracker even though it is available separately 
  14. since it will probably migrate INSIDE of tracker itself soon.

  17. sparc, amiga, sgi, hp, OS/2: fully functional
  18. PC Linux/FreeBSD: works most probably
  19. NAS, NeXt: should work with little change
  20. AudioFile (dec), MM1: in progress
