  7.                  Split,Join&Recover for UNIX, PC & Amiga.

  9. Description:
  10. ============
  11.   This tool is for splitting up large files and rejoining them later, to
  12.   facilitate transportation of large files on floppy disks.
  13.  
  14.   It also offers error recovery, so a faulty disk no longer means lost data.
  15.  
  16.  
  17. Functions:
  18. ==========
  19.   - Split a large file into a several smaller files.
  20.  
  21.   - Join a set of smaller files to one large file. (like cat, join etc.)
  22.  
  23.   - Recreate a lost file by using the other files, and an extra file of
  24.     error recovery information.

  27. How to use:
  28. ===========
  29.   - Type "sploiner example" for a detailed example of how to use sploiner. 
  30.  
  31.     This is probably the fastest way to find out what sploiner can, and 
  32.     how to use it.

  34.   - Type "sploiner"        for an overall description of sploiner.
  35.  
  36.   - Type "sploiner split"  for a description of the split function.

  38.   - Type "sploiner join"   for a description of the join function.
