  11.    - mainwindow and monitorwindow posititions/sizes are saved now
  12.    - gtlayout.library v26 is required now
  13.    - vlabtv now pops up a quit requester when the user tries to
  14.      quit without saving project
  15.    - vlabtv now supports config files besides tooltypes. config
  16.      files override tooltype settings. You can specify tooltype SETTINGS
  17.      for a different config filename. Default is <PROGDIR>:VLabTV.prefs
  18.    - added "save options on exit" option in options menu
  19.    - added "snapshot window" option in options menu
  20.    - fixed save project option in grab menu
  21.    - active project is now correctly set when a new grab project
  22.      is opened
  23.    - recompiled with SAS/C 6.56
