  23. These are all possible points in the menu. Normally you only see the points
  24. which you can execute because of your user level or which make sense for the
  25. current action.

  27. In the following you find an exact description of the several commands:

  29. AD = Actual Directory               This function shows the name of the actual
  30.                                     directory.
  31.  
  32. CA = Change Area                    In the several areas there are files with
  33.                                     the same topic. Entering CA you get a
  34.                                     listing of all the areas with number and
  35.                                     short summary and the minimum security
  36.                                     level you need to enter the area. After
  37.                                     this there is a prompt for the area wanted.

  39. CD = Change Directory               With this command you can change to a sub-
  40.                                     directory. Here you have to know the name
  41.                                     of the directory. So it is necessary to
  42.                                     make a list first. Now you are prompted
  43.                                     to enter the name of the respective sub-
  44.                                     directory.

  46. CP = Change to previous Directory   If you are in a subdirectory you can change
  47.                                     with CP to the previous directory.
  48.  
  49. CR = Change to Root Directory       If you are in more than one subdirectory
  50.                                     you can change with this command to the
  51.                                     root directory.

  53. CS = Chat SysOp                     This function makes a bell ringing on the
  54.                                     BBS host to call the sysop. If the sysop is
  55.                                     ready you find yourself in the chat mode.
  56.                                     If the sysop is not available you get a
  57.                                     message. Now you can leave a private mail
  58.                                     to him (sysop user number 5).

  60. DE = Delete Directories or Files    This command deletes directories or files.
  61.                                     After you have entered the respective name
  62.                                     you get a message if you were successful.
  63.                                     To be able to do this you need at least
  64.                                     security_level 90.

  66. LI = List Directories and Files     With this command you get a listing of all
  67.                                     directories and files with description (if
  68.                                     available) in a requested order. At first
  69.                                     the directories are listed with a + before
  70.                                     the name followed by the files with a -
  71.                                     before the name.

  73. MD = Make Directories               With this command you can make directories.
  74.                                     After you have entered the new directory
  75.                                     name you get a message if you were success-
  76.                                     ful. After that you get a prompt for a
  77.                                     description of the directory but you can
  78.                                     go on with enter. For this action you need
  79.                                     at least security_level 70.

  81. MM = Main Menu                      With this command you can get back from
  82.                                     this board to the main menu.

  84. RB = Read Bulletin                  With this command you can read all avail-
  85.                                     able bulletins. Because you have to enter
  86.                                     the file name you need to make a list.

  88. RE = Rename Directories or Files    With this command you can change the name
  89.                                     of a directory or file. First you have to
  90.                                     enter the current name. After this the new
  91.                                     name is asked. To do this you need at least
  92.                                     security_level 80.

  94. SC = Set Directory or File Comment  With this command you can modify, delete or
  95.                                     complete the descriptions of the director-
  96.                                     ies or files. After entering the respective
  97.                                     directory or file name a new description
  98.                                     can be written. To do this you need at
  99.                                     least security_level 50.

  101. WB = Write Bulletin                 After you have entered the file name and
  102.                                     the description you can write the bulletin.
  103.                                     For this action you need at least
  104.                                     security_level 60.
