  2. * Installation Error - Database Not Installed    *
  3. **************************************************

  5. In order to run MetaWorlds properly, the database
  6. engine needs to be installed first.
  7.  
  8. The installation program has determined that one
  9. of three things has happened:
  10.  
  11.   1) You did not install Sybase SQL Anywhere first
  12.      before attempting to install MetaWorlds.
  13.  
  14.   2) When installing the database, you did not
  15.      let it update the AUTOEXEC.BAT file and hence
  16.      the Sybase SQL Anywhere files could not be
  17.      found in the path.
  18.  
  19.   3) You have not rebooted your machine since
  20.      installing Sybase SQL Anywhere.
  21.  
  22. Until the database is properly installed,
  23. MetaWorlds cannot be added to your system.
  24. Remember that the CD-ROM has an auto-start install
  25. program that can also be accessed by running
  26. INSTALL.EXE from the root of the MetaWorlds
  27. CD-ROM.  Run that installation and make sure you
  28. install Sybase SQL Anywhere for the platform you
  29. are running on currently (NT or 95).
