  7. WDelta is a program to create a differences file from two different binary
  8. input files. The difference file (wdelta-file) can later be used to build
  9. the second input file from the first and the wdelta file.
  10.  
  11. WDelta is able to replace scompare/spatch from the SAS/C development package.
  12. Advantages are smaller differences files and that it is released under the GPL.
