  10. This Program let you select the Port where your AMIGA(tm) mouse or
  11. trackball is connected.

  13. This Program is EMAIL-Ware.

  17. INSTALLATION:

  19. Just place the <setmport> executable file somewhere in your path, e.g. SYS:c .
  20. That's all.

  23. USAGE:

  25. You just have to execute it via any cli console or from a script with the required
  26. parameter 0 or 1; where 0 means the std. mouse port and 1 means the std. game port.

  28. The Programm will neither return any error messages nor any type of acknowledge.
  29. Either it works, or not :-)

  31. Background:
  32. -----------
  33. This Programm just activates a feature which is already present since pre 2.x OS versions
  34. of the AmigaOS.
  35. The 'input.device'- called input routines of AmigaOS allows to use mouses, digiltal joysticks and
  36. also analog joysticks connected via port 0 or port 1 to be used for moving the mouse pointer in all
  37. system-compatible programms.
