  6. The "AmigaGadget" is a disk magazine, which consists mainly of
  7. articles in German language (*DEUTSCHSPRACHIG*) which are supplied
  8. by the readers. But there are also some texts from the internet
  9. forming kind of "reader's digest of the net".
  10.  
  11. The "Gadget" covers subjects ranging from information about the
  12. Amiga to political questions - even movie and record reviews are
  13. included.
  14.  
  15. Articles of issue 41 include :
  16.  - interviews with Oliver Kastl (programmer of "IDE-fix" and
  17.    AmigaOS 3.5-ingredient "CacheCDFS") and Gary Wehrkamp (of
  18.    "Shadow Gallery" fame) as well as short interview with some
  19.    of the most important hard- and software developers about
  20.    the Linux announcement
  21.  - report from the Guetersloh computer meeting
  22.  - basics: how to run X with AmigaOS
  23.  - reviews of computer related literature and software ("GIMP",
  24.    "FreeCiv")
  25.  - ARexx programming tips
  26.  - "Mumpitz"-corner for everyone who still enjoys his (or her)
  27.    old 8 bit computer
  28.  - the latest news (including everything about the Linux
  29.    announcement and the technology brief)
  30.  - jokes & stories, reviews of CDs and movies
  31.  
  32. The archive contains a special version of the "Gadget" which can be
  33. installed to your harddisk simply by unpacking it. But to get the
  34. magazine work there should be some files in your directories, which
  35. you probably have already (if not - most of them can be found in
  36. the Aminet) :
