  6. PmDraw is presentation graphics for OS/2's Presentation Manager.

  8. This application was developed at IBM T.J.  Watson Research.  In
  9. short, it is a simple-yet-powerful graphics tool aimed at
  10. page-format, WSIWYG foil layout under OS/2 Presentation Manager (PM).
  11. The primary design emphasis is on ease-of-use (no manual!) and
  12. transparent background processing for printed output.  Intended output
  13. forms include PM metafiles, bitmaps, Postscript and CGM.

  18. PMDRAW is a what-you-see-is-what-you-get (WYSIWYG) object-
  19. oriented, graphics tool that has been developed under OS/2
  20. 1.2 Extended Edition.  It has been designed so that a wide
  21. variety of objects (text, lines, ellipses,... or groups
  22. of them) can be created on screen and manipulated in an
  23. intuitive fashion.  Available colors are limited at present
  24. to 16 on-screen, while printed output depends on your physical
  25. device capabilities.  Major features include:

  41. All DLL files must be placed on the libpath so that OS/2 can find them.
  42. HLP file should be located on the HELP path (for 1.2 or greater).
  43. Then start pmdraw.exe as usual.  Samples can be loaded using the FILE
  44. menu option to get you started.
