  5. IPFC Preprocessor is tool to expand the capabilities of the IPF
  6. Compiler.  It provides additional function for the IPF Compiler that
  7. are necessary for both single sourcing online documentation & printed
  8. books (using BookMaster), and single sourcing of symbols for the
  9. developer and help panel writer.  IPFC Preprocessor allows you to
  10. define symbols, create conditionally compiled sections of documents,
  11. include C language symbols (using #define) in help panels, create
  12. simple text macros (tags), and resolves searches for imbedded files
  13. and bitmaps to other directories.
