  53.   The 'Other WADs' button opens a new dialog box to choose 1 to 8 PWADs (see
  54. section 1.3). The selected WADs are displayed in the input line 'WAD File(s)'.
  55.   You can start a new mission or continue a saved game by clicking on the
  56. check box.
  57.   'Serial' ('Network') opens a new dialog box to continue a serial (network)
  58. game (see sections 1.4 & 1.5).

  97.   You can update the list of PWAD by clicking on the drive buttons.
  98.   To select several files, double click or press the space bar (a 'o' appears
  99. on the left of the file name).
  100.   To search quickly a file, you can type the first letters of the file name.
  101.   The 'Reset' button cancels the current selection.
  102.   The 'Infos' button gives you miscellaneous informations about the current
  103. focused file.
  104.   The WAD files in the list are stored in the file DOOMERIE.LST. You can
  105. modify this file with DOS commands:
  106.     C:\>DIR C:\*.WAD /B /S > DOOMERIE.LST
  107.     C:\>DIR D:\*.WAD /B /S >> DOOMERIE.LST
  108.     ...
  109.   You can also use the DOOM 1 files in DOOM II. You have to select a WAD file
  110. with the textures of DOOM 1 (for example: DOOM1-2.WAD from paolo@netcom.com).
  111. Doomerie converts the name format of the missions from DOOM 1 (ExMy) to DOOM
  112. II (MAPxx) in a temporary file.

  145.   You can choose in this dialog box if you want to play a cooperative or a
  146. deathmatch game (remark: in deathmatch 2.0, the objects respawn after a
  147. while). In a deathmatch, you can limit the duration of the game with a timer
  148. (0 indicates an unlimited game).
  149.   You have to configure the communication between the two computers (the COM
  150. port, the baud rate, etc).
  151.   If you call with a modem, you have to enter a phone number. The '' button
  152. opens a dialog box to choose a phone number present in the file MODEM.NUM.
