  7. Follow these steps to install files from the CD-ROM to your hard drive:
  8.  
  9. 1. At the DOS prompt, change to the drive containing the installation 
  10.    disc. For example, if the disc is in drive D, type D: and press
  11.    Enter.
  12.  
  13. 2. Type \INSTALL and press Enter.
  14.  
  15. You will then see a menu from which you can choose to install any one 
  16. of the programs on the disc individually. The installation program will 
  17. copy directory and subdirectories that will be created automatically. 
  18. The files are arranged as follows:
  19.  
  20. Directory: \SOURCE        
  21.             The source code, exectables, and utilities that supplement
  22.             "Teach Yourself Game Programming in 21 Days."
  23.  
  24. Directory : \BMASTER
  25.              BLASTER Master 6.2, a powerful sound-file utility.
  26.  
  27. Directory: \NEOPAINT
  28.            A top-rated shareware graphics program.
  29.  
  30.            Note: Once the NeoPaint files are copied to your hard drive,
  31.            you need to run the INSTALL.EXE program in the \NEOTEMP 
  32.            directory of your hard drive to install the program.
  33.  
  34. Directory: \GAMES
  35.            A collection of games to inspire you, show you what can be 
  36.            done... and to have fun with!
