  10. What for ?
  11.     To use DirectoryOpus5.5+ double-click on XPK packed files as if they were normal
  12.     files.
  13.  
  14. Why ?
  15.     Because the script written by Leo 'Nudel' Davidson (xpkclick.dopus5) somehow
  16.     doesn't work on my computer, because XPK is very useful and because I didn't want
  17.     to use multiview and the XPK datatypes.

  19. Two versions ?
  20.     I made two versions of my script, XPKdc.dopus5 uses XPack, a program that comes
  21.     with the XPK archive (util/pack/xpk_User.lha) and XPKdc_xfd.dopus5 uses
  22.     XfdDecrunch that comes with the XFD archive (util/pack/xfd118.lha).

  24. Requirements:
  25.     You need at least OS 2.0 because of the program XPack. If you have an earlier OS
  26.     then either use the XFD version or change the XPKdc.dopus5 and replace XPack by Xpk.
  27.     Also you need to have either XpkMaster.library or xfdmaster.library installed and
  28.     either XPack or XfdDecrunch in your C: directory.

  30. Installation:
  31.     - Copy any one of the scripts to DOpus5:ARexx or wherever you want.
  32.  
  33.     - Create (if it doesn't already exist) an XPK filetype (MATCH XPK) and edit the
  34.       double-click line. Configure it like this:

  36.       ARexx | DOpus5:ARexx/XPKxxx.dopus5 {s} {o}
  37.  
  38.       where xxx stands either for dc or for dc_xfd depending on which version you
  39.       installed.

  41. Known problems:
  42.     - None. It works fine with my configuration but that doesn't mean il will work on
  43.       yours. PLEASE send me bug reports if anything goes wrong on your computer so that
  44.       I can work on it.

  47. Necessary(?) stuff:
  48.     - I do not take any responsabilities in case this script does any harm to your
  49.       computer. But anyway I don't see how it could, so....

  55. A quoi ça sert ?
  56.     A utiliser le double-click de DirectoryOpus5.5+ sur des fichiers XPK comme si
  57.     c'était des fichiers normaux.

  60.     Parce que le script xpkclick.dopus5 de Leo 'Nudel' Davidson ne fonctionne pas sur
  61.     ma machine, que les fichiers XPK sont très pratiques et que je ne voulais pas
  62.     utiliser multiview et les XPK datatypes.

  85. Problèmes connus:
  86.     - Aucun. Ca marche très bien sur ma machine, ce qui ne veux pas dire que ça
  87.       marchera sur la votre alors S'IL VOUS PLAIT informez moi si vous trouvez des
  88.       bogues afin que je puisse les corriger.

  90. Trucs nécessaires(?):
  91.     Je décline toute responsabilité au cas où ce script endommagerait votre machine.
  92.     Mais de toute façon je ne vois pas comment il pourrait le faire, alors...
