  5.        Available now, Directory Manager/2 Version 02.02.10 pro-
  6.        vides support for IBM's new OS/2 "Warp" version.

  8.        In addition, the new Directory Manager/2 offers increased
  9.        speed, revised user interface, custom-tailored toolbar,
  10.        enhanced status area, reduced memory consumption and new
  11.        install and maintenance utility which are CID enabled.

  13.        The new Directory Manager/2 makes it easier for users to
  14.        work faster and more flexibly within the OS/2 file
  15.        system. Directory Manager/2 permits users to create
  16.        custom-tailored toolbars, or change between previously
  17.        created toolbars.

  20.        a file, selected files or a sub- directory tree struc-
  21.        ture. Other file activities file include rename, print,
  22.        view/change extended attributes, view/change file attri-
  23.        butes, clone, view, create WPS objects, find duplicate
  24.        files and  compare directories. Directory activities
  25.        include copy, move, delete, rename, view/change extended
  26.        attributes, view/change directory attributes, and create
  27.        WPS objects. Activities are made easy with the use of
  28.        drag and drop and point and click user interface. Direc-
  29.        tory Manager/2 supports the popular achivers, so such
  30.        activities as viewing, printing, deleting and adding of
  31.        files can done with ease.

  42.   LICENSE TO USE AGREEMENT

  46.        QB Software grants to the Purchaser and Purchaser accepts
  47.        a nontransferable and nonexclusive license to use, on a
  48.        single computer, Directory Manager/2 and accompanying
  49.        materials provided to Purchaser by QB Software. Purchaser
  50.        is hereby licensed only to read the program from its
  51.        medium into the memory of a single computer solely for
  52.        the purpose of executing the program. QB Software shall
  53.        have the right to terminate this license if purchaser
  54.        violates any of its provisions.  Purchaser agrees that
  55.        the Directory Manager/2 and accompanying materials are
  56.        the property of QB Software and that QB Software shall
  57.        maintain title to and ownership of Directory Manager/2 at
  58.        all times.  Purchaser agrees to make no more than one (1)
  59.        additional working copy and one (1) backup copy of Direc-
  60.        tory Manager/2 for their personal use only. Except as
  61.        indicated above, Directory Manager/2 may not, in whole or
  62.        part, be copied, reproduced, translated, or distributed
  63.        to other parties.

  66.        with an unconditional 30 day money back guarantee. If for
  67.        any reason you are not completely satisfied with Direc-
  68.        tory Manager/2 return them to your original place of pur-
  69.        chase within 30 days of your purchase date for a full
  70.        refund less a $10.00 restocking fee. QB Software makes no
  71.        warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, with
  72.        respect to the quality, performance, accuracy, or fitness
  73.        of the Directory Manager/2 for any particular purpose. QB
  74.        Software assumes no responsibility for any decisions made
  75.        or actions taken on the part of the Purchaser because of
  76.        the use of the Directory Manager/2. In no event shall QB
  77.        Software, or any of its representatives, be liable for
  78.        any loss of profit or any other damages, including but
  79.        not limited to special,incidental, consequential or other
  80.        damages, arising out of the use or inability to use this
  81.        product - even if QB Software or an authorized agent of
  82.        such has been advised of the possibility of such damages
  83.        - or for any claim by any other party.
