  6. TROUBLE-SHOOTING
  7. If you encounter memory problems while launching programs, 
  8. quitting QuikMenu may solve your problem.  This is especially true when 
  9. trying to launch game programs.
  10.  
  11. Some programs will try to write back to the CD-ROM.  Because the CD-ROM is
  12. READ ONLY, you may have to copy the program to your local hard disk prior to 
  13. use.
  14.  
  15. CD-ROM DIRECTORY STRUCTURE
  16. The programs on this CD-ROM were grouped into directories by SIG (Special
  17. Interest Group).  Under each SIG directory you will find a sub-directory 
  18. for each program.

  33. GETTING PROGRAM DESCRIPTIONS & DOCUMENTATION
  34. The PROGRAM GUIDE button in each SIG contains a detailed description of
  35. the programs.  Please read the PROGRAM GUIDE for any special instructions
  36. or requirements. Press the MASTER PROGRAM GUIDE button to get a list of
  37. all program descriptions on this disc.

  39. DOCUMENT/TEXT INDEX is an easy way to locate and view document files.  
  40. Clicking on either the DOCUMENT or TEXT INDEX button will display a list of 
  41. *.DOC/*.TXT files and their paths.  Look through the list for the file you 
  42. want to view and click it once.

  44. SOFTWARE RESARCH INSTITUTE
  45. Each Software of the Month Club CD-ROM will NOW include a selection of 
  46. program cateogies from our popular SRI list.  In addition to the normal
  47. selection of software from our Games, General Interest, Kids, OS/2 and 
  48. Windows clubs you will now recieve programs from the SRI.  What this means 
  49. is that you can be assured that when you use a program from the SRI you know 
  50. that it is the highest quality.  Why?  Because the SRI is a list of our 
  51. must popular customer selected software.  Below is a list of topics covered
  52. in this months issue.
