  78. EARTHWORDS For Alien Dinosaurs -- Windows Evaluation Version

  81. When alien dinosaurs from the planet Dinopia landed on Earth,
  82. they were amazed to discover that we speak many different 
  83. languages here. Taking their DinoFlex camera in hand, 
  84. they began to explore our planet, recording the way different 
  85. languages express the same common objects.

  87. The results of their exploration are recorded in 
  88. EARTHWORDS FOR ALIEN DINOSAURS -- a version specially prepared 
  89. for Earthlings by permission of the Dinopian High Council, and
  90. re-engineered for Earth voltage and PC computers running Windows
  91. by Right to Left Software and Editions Renyi in Toronto.

  96. From Windows' Program Manager click the 'File' menu then select
  97. 'Run' and type A:INSTALL.EXE.

  100. HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS

  102. EARTHWORDS for Windows requires an IBM-compatible PC
  103. running Windows 3.1 or higher with 256 color display.

  106. Recommended: 486 with 8 MB RAM and a Windows compatible sound card.

  109. THIS EVALUATION VERSION

  111. This version is a fully functional program, including 4 language
  112. activities with 3 difficulty levels. It contains 10 words in each
  113. of 17 languages, each word with an animated illustration. Voice pronuncia
  114. tion
  115. by native speakers is included for English, French, Spanish, German,
  116. Russian and Japanese. Other languages are in text only.

  118. The program was designed to interest young people in learning a new langu
