  17. SUBJECT: RX IMD Improvement

  19. RX intermodulation distortion may be improved by reducing second 
  20. conversion oscillator harmonic content and level. No adjustments are 
  21. required. This may be applied to a unit specifically exhibiting out-of-band 
  22. intermodulation distortion. It is, however, not a general improvement.

  24. On the TX RX unit X44-1460-xx, perform the following changes;
  25.  
  26. R55  47k delete
  27. C73 47pf to 33pf (CC45SLlH330J)
  28. C74 100Pf 150Pf (CC45SLlH151J)
  29.  
  30. Add a shield between Q1, (R3,C5)and C73 (from L1 to near X1).
