  47. Wheel of Luck 2.0b is a Windows game similar to the popular 
  48. television "Wheel of Fortune" game. Players take turns guessing
  49. letters to solve a phrase. Supports 1-3 players, user-editable
  50. phrase file, user-customizable Windows 3.1 sound effects via 
  51. .WAV files if a sound board is installed. Realistic animation.
  52. 256-Color Bonus Round. Runs in Windows Standard or Enhanced modes.
  53. REQUIRES VBRUN200.DLL TO RUN.
