  9. MAGIC is the Copyrighted material of JiffySoft. It may be used only in

  14. MAGIC is not in the public domain, and it is not free software.

  17. that MAGIC is not modify in any way, including but not limited to,
  18. decompiling, disassembling, or any other way of reverse engineering.
