  1. KEYBOARD:
  2.    1 - 7: move card in column 1-7 to pile
  3.    space: next card from deck
  4.  
  5. MOUSE:
  6.    point to deck and press left button for next card
  7.    point to a card on the layout and press left button to move it to pile
  8.    point anywhere and press right button to draw next card
  9.  
  10. Warning: Resizing window in middle of game will start a new game (at the
  11.          moment)
  12.  
  13. RULES:
  14.    Can move a card if it is one above or one below the last card on the
  15.    pile.  Can't play anything on a King at the top of the pile.  Turn on
  16.    error checking for help (Options menu).
