  30. the Kickstart 1.3 or Kickstart 2.0 version.

  33. becomes available) and you will be kept up to date concerning further
  34. developments regarding ReqTools.

  224.    The 'include13' directory holds clones of 'utility/tagitem.[hi]' and
  225. 'utility/hooks.[hi]' for people who haven't got the 2.0 include files.  The
  226. original files are not included because they are copyrighted by Commodore.

  228.    Check out the README files and documents in the Glue directory for
  229. copyrights of all the glue code.

  231.    RexxReqTools is Copyright (c) Rafael D'Halleweyn and is included with his
  232. kind permission.

  234.    All of the files copyrighted by the author must remain unmodified.  None
  235. of these files may be distributed on its own, the entire package must be
  236. distributed as one whole.  'demo.c' is full public domain and can be used in
  237. any way you like.

  239.    There is one exception to the above.  If you plan to release a freely
  240. distributable program (either public domain, freeware or shareware), you may
  241. include 'libs13/reqtools.library', 'libs20/reqtools.library', the
  242. installation scripts (with icon) and the preference editor (with documentation
  243. and icons) with your distribution.  It is left to the programmer to decide
  244. whether he wishes to register as a ReqTools developer.  Registration is not
  245. required, but would certainly be appreciated.  If you include ReqTools with a
  246. crippled shareware program I'd like to ask you to send me a full working
  247. version.
