  1. Short: fortune-like program, stdio, sequential

  3. This is Quip 0.06a, a fortune-like program that will handle seperate files
  4. holding quips, Citadel BBS support, and probably some other stuff you might
  5. find interesting.  It's Freeware, therefore, it's not crippled in any way. 
  6. Supports some features not generally found in a program of this type (such as
  7. the use of prefix-suffix files).  I hope you like it.
