  1.     This config-file sets up sercli to use the nulser.device.  The only
  2.     things we need to set are:
  3.     id        (so we don't conflict with any other sercli programs)
  4.     device name (of course!)
  5.     device unit (0 is default, but...why not be specific?)
  6.     shared        (default, actually)
  7.     alert ser   (no modem on the other end; might as well get the info)
  8.  
  9.     Most other keywords are irrelavent; nulser doesn't worry about
  10.     parity/etc.

  12.     The ARexx/FIFO id is:
