  11.     ARPTools is a group of small utility programs requiring ARP,
  12.         the AmigaDOS Resource Project v1.3 (*1) (the ASH shell
  13.     with Conman(*2) is not necessary but best suited to take full
  14.     advantage of all the programs' possibilities).
  15.  
  16.     ARPTools contains both original programs by Fabio Rossetti
  17.     and both reworked and/or enhanced versions of other PD
  18.     programs. See the IMPORTANT file for details.
  19.  
  20.     ARPTools programs have been created to address some
  21.     deficiencies of the ARP CLI environment, especially to
  22.     exploit the potential offerred by the non-named pipes
  23.     facility of the ASH shell, but also to improve scripts and
  24.     hard disk management. See the .man files in this distribution
  25.     for the documentation of every ARPTools program.
  26.     Every docs file in ARPTools assumes knowldege of ARP v1.3
  27.     Source docs also assume ARP programming knowldege.

  29.     Full source is provided for all ARPTools programs: to recompile
  30.     the source files Lattice C 5.0x (*3) is required, along with the
  31.     ARP programmer's include and object files.

  33.     All the ARPTools files are freely redistributable at these
  34.     conditions:

  36.         o In their present form, the files should be
  37.           redistributed all together.
  38.  
  39.         o Source code can be modified and then redistributed
  40.           at will. However The author's name, and possibly a
  41.           list of the modifications, should be included in the
  42.                   new version of the source code.
  43.  
  44.         o ARPTools must be distributed for non-profit only.
  45.  
  46.         o ARPTools executable and source files, in whatever
  47.           present or future form, cannot be used for any kind
  48.           of military uses.
