  6.               on the system, and other users on different systems.

  8.               To send mail to a user on the local system, enter MS [ID|HANDLE]

  10.               You may have the option of using several methods of transmitting
  11.               the letter.   File mail allows you to upload file to the users
  12.               directory (if the receiving user has enough space).   The file
  13.               can only be accessed by the receiver of the letter.

  15.               Urgent mail will be displayed to the user when they
  16.               automatically log on.

  18.               You can also have the system return to a message (receipt) if
  19.               the receipient did not reply to your letter.  This gives you
  20.               the ability to see exactly when the user read your letter.
