  5. \z4\c7DESC:\q1    This allows users to communicate with other users.  The
  6.          entire module is comprised of "channel".  Each channel can be
  7.          limited just like message/file base areas.

  9.          When a user enters a channel, whatever they type
  10.          (publicly) will be broadcast to all the users on that 
  11.          particular channel.  Commands are access by using the "/"
  12.          key at column one.

  14.          Powerful and creatable Action Commands are also available.
  15.          These commands can be created by the user and stored in
  16.          their personal directory.
