  101.      - Added SYSOP keyword.
  102.      - Fixed bug that would cause errors if the path for ACCTPATH ended
  103.        with a ":" or "/".
  104.      - Added a delay loop for unregistered users.  This is bypassed when
  105.        you register Quick Silver and receive your keyfile.
