  1. Here is a short description of all the files included:

  3. AliasHack(*)  - Change Message Areas to really use Alias Names.
  4.                 Works great over networks, since DLG really doesnt
  5.                 swap the Real Name out, and replace the Alias Name
  6.                 yet.
  7. AliasIndexer  - Builds a cross reference of Alias Names to Real Names.
  8.                 Makes it easy to look up who uses a particular Alias.
  9. AliasLink(*)  - Tags messages written to an Alias Name to the appropiate
  10.                 user.  This uses the index file created by AliasIndexer.
  11. ALLookUp      - Look Up a AliasName and it returns the Real Name if found
  12.                 in the index file.  This requires the index file created
  13.                 by AliasIndexer. (Not Completed)
  14. FDEdit        - Changes the User's Real Name on Uploads to use the User's
  15.                 Alias Name. (Not Completed)
  16. WipeWait      - Helps correct a problem if you use AliasLink. (Not Completed)

  18. * - Originally programmed by Eric Buckner, but has been changed quite
  19.     considerably.

  21. All of these programs have been compiled under SAS/C 6.3 and have been
  22. debugged to work properly to thier fullest extent, except for the (Not
  23. Completed) ones, which do work to a limited extent.

  25. All programs were programmed by Jay Ruyle, and some ideas(*) were used
  26. from Eric Buckner with his permission that I continue to support his
  27. utilities while he is gone.
