  6. Installation

  9. I made Ant Hills as easy as possible to install.  Just do the following:
  10.  
  11. makedir pfiles:anthill
  12. makedir pfiles:anthill/hills
  13.  
  14. You will find in the archive a file called 'hillsfiles.lha'.  Copy this file
  15. to your pfiles:anthill directory and then unLHA it.  Put the file ANTHILLS!
  16. in your pfiles directory and add it to be played as a C program file.
  17.  
  18. When someone has won the game, simply delete all the files in the 
  19. pfiles:anthill/hills directory to reset the game.
  20.  
  21. Now for the typical grovling for money.  I don't like the people who DEMAND
  22. that you send in a registration fee.  Hey, if you enjoy this program then
  23. please send some sort of donation.  It helps put food on my plate and will
  24. show to me that people actually use my programs.  For a registration fee of
  25. $15 or more (and your return address) I will send you the latest version of
  26. this game. (as I have many ideas for it yet, including an entire magic 
  27. system for the ants)  Send your registration fee to:

  34. What are the benefits of registering?  Well this is the last version that
  35. I will be releasing to the general public for some time.  Updates will be
  36. available only to registered users from now on.  These updates will be
  37. available from my BBS named below.  I will be releasing updates to the
  38. general public about 3 months after making them available to the registered
  39. users.  Thus, if you want to keep up to date, then it is worth sending in
  40. the mere $15.00.
