  5. Glidepath V1.07A for Windows is an instrument landing system (ILS) simulation 
  6. in which you attempt to land a light aircraft by reference to instrument 
  7. indications. The program displays the primary flight and navigation 
  8. instruments and controls, and accepts control input via the mouse.
  9.  
  10. Glidepath is a challenging, technically accurate simulation that requires
  11. practice and concentration to master.
  12.  
  13. This program requires large amounts of Windows resources to display its
  14. detailed control panel. 
  15.  
  16. Technical Note:   Glidepath V1.07A is best used at a resolution of
  17. 640x480, or on a 17" or larger monitor at 800x600 or above, as the controls
  18. and instruments may be too small to effectively see and manipulate at
  19. higher resolutions if you use a 14" or 15" monitor.

  21. If your screen driver is 800x600 you have the following options:
  22.  
  23. If you are using "LARGE Fonts", run "Gl800lG.EXE".
  24. If you are using "SMALL Fonts", run "Gl800SM.EXE".

  26. Delete these two files if the above does not apply to your system.

  29. Online help screens may be accessed by "clicking" on the on/off switch
  30. by the "?".

  32. You will need a copy of "VBRUN100.DLL" (Run VBRUN100.exe if you need it)
  33. on your system to run Glidepath.

  35. I designed Glidepath with the intention pure arcade style entertainment.
  36.  
  37. The tight game parameters instill a pilots dicipline in you as you approach
  38. the runway.
