  8. TLC Word Game is something like Scrabble and something like Upwords --
  9. but a lot different than either.  The game comes with a 26000 word 
  10. English dictionary. There are 16 different sets of rules for play 
  11. that the user selects.  Registration is $10.00. Registered users may purchase
  12. an enhanced Engligh, French, Norwegian, Dutch, German, or Italian dictionary
  13. at $5 each. (Only the French dictionary has accented characters).

  16. To install the program Double-Click on SetUp.Exe from the File Manager.

  34. may charge a nominal distribution fee. Non-ASP distributors, BBS's, 
  35. and clubs must secure specific permission prior to distribution.
