  1. Winning Bridge Shareware Version Licence and Conditions of Use

  3. The Winning Bridge Shareware software (hence forth called "the software") comprises the following files:

  6.     winbri.hlp
  7.     register.txt
  8.     licence.txt
  9.     readme.txt
  10.     bwcc.dll.

  12. The software requires the file bwcc.dll ((C) Copyright Borland International Inc) to operate.  All other files are (C) Copyright Gerald Wilson 1994.

  14. The software may be distributed to others provided that any charge that is made is limited to covering distribution and materials.

  16. The software shall not be altered in any way.

  18. The software may be used for a period of one month.  After this time it shall be registered using any of the methods described in the file register.txt.

  20. No warranty is offered with the software.

  22. The author shall have no liabilty for any consequence resulting from the use of the software.
