  4. A program to assist children in learning to tell the time. A clock face
  5. is displayed and the child invited to 'tell the time'.  The program
  6. will then speak the time to the child.
  7.  
  8. The times are randomly chosen, and may be selected on any minute,
  9. 5-minute, quarter-hour, half-hour or hour.  The clock face can be
  10. displayed with arabic, roman or no numerals, and with 'pips' every
  11. minute or five minutes, or no 'pips', and the clock face display 
  12. colours may be chosen to suit personal preferences.

  14. Version 1.1 replaces version 1.0 with the following changes:
  15. - fixed problem with .wav file formats (would not play on some systems
  16.   for no obvious reason.
  17. - added clock face and hands colour options.

  20. Installation (Win95 only)
  21. Unzip the distribution archive into an empty directory, then run 
  22. the program setup.exe from within that directory and follow the 
  23. instructions.

  25. This software is shareware.
  26. It may be evaluated free of charge, but requires a licence fee to be
  27. paid if you intend to keep it on your system.  Full licence conditions
  28. and price are contained within the installed software main directory.
