  1. 20-Squares v1.0s (20SQR.EXE) is a Windows shareware version of the ancient
  2. Egyptian game of 20-Squares -- A game of the Pharaohs.  Requires VBRUN300.DLL
  3. to play.  A popular game of ancient Egypt, played by millions
  4. from 3000 BC to 400 AD, is still fun and enjoyable today.  
  5. Historically accurate, full of stunning graphics, brimming with 
  6. Egyptian lore and history, lots of great game sounds, an original MIDI score; 
  7. all this combined in an easy to learn and play format.  It's fun,
  8. it's educational, it's exciting -- the only remaining question:
  9. Will you win the sacred scroll of Thoth, or die buried alive in the sands
  10. of Neferkaptah's tomb?

  12. 20SQR.ZIP should yield the following program files when un-zipped:

  29. 20-Squares is written in Visual Basic 3.0.   As such it
  30. requires that VBRUN300.DLL exists in your Windows System directory.

  45. I have a 'slick' install program that takes care of everything having
  46. to do with installation, but for file exchanges across BBSs 
  47. it takes up too much room -- adding almost 300K to the files.  
  48. So . . . to install 20-Squares, please do the following:
  49.  
  50. 1. Check that VBRUN300.DLL is in your Windows System directory.  If not,
  51.    please download a copy (there should be a copy on the BBS from which
  52.    you downloaded SENET.ZIP).
  53.  
  54. 2. Create a directory 20SQR.
  55.  
  56. 3. Copy all the files 'unzipped' from 20SQR.ZIP 
  57.    to this new 20-SQUARES directory.
  58.  
  59. 4. Create a program manager icon for 20SQR.EXE by adding it as a file
  60.    in your GAMES program manager group.
  61.
