2500 The more applications you run, the more memory (RAM) that is used. Since Windows uses virtual memory, you can run more applications than memory may allow. However, virtual memory uses disk space to swap out applications that you aren't currently using. The more applications you have running, the more swapping Windows needs to do. The result is a decrease in system performance.
3001 You can change the minimum resource value to a lower value.
3002 You can close one or more applications to free up memory and resources.
3003 You can disable checking for this resource.
3004 Run the memory troubleshooter.
3500 The more applications that you run on your system, the more system memory is used up. By shutting down some of these applications, you'll free up the memory that they use, leaving more for the other applications running on your system. This also applies to system resources such as GDI resources.
3501 If you want to be notified when a resource exceeds a threshold that is different than is currently set, you can use this solution to do that. When the Change Resource dialog appears, enter the desired value that you wish to be notified at.
3502 Use this solution if you want to disable checking for this resource entirely.
4004 Press Alt+Tab to switch to another application
