  2. RUNNING ARSENAL FROM DOS
  3. ========================
  4.  
  5. 1 - Unpack the game in a directory of your choice (ex : c:\arsenal)
  6.  
  7. 2 - Make sure you have an EMM driver installed (check CONFIG.SYS for EMM386.EXE)
  8.     The game won't run with less than 7Mo of EMM available.
  9.     You will get all sounds with 15Mo of EMM
  10.  
  11. 3 - Make sure you have a mouse driver installed (check AUTOEXEC.BAT)
  12.  
  13. 4 - Run the game with the command line ARSENAL
  14.  
  15. 5 - Arsenal is ready to manage AUDIO CD, since you did not purchase the 
  16.     full version yet, you can enjoy the game with one of your CD.

  19. RUNNING ARSENAL FROM WIN95
  20. ==========================

  22. 1 - Unpack the game in a directory of your choice (ex : c:\arsenal)
  23.  
  24. 2 - Create a shortcut from ARSENAL.EXE to Win95 Desktop.
  25.     Modify the shortcut properties at "Screen" section : tick "Full screen" mode.
  26.  
  27. 3 - Make sure you mouse run with is the STANDARD SERIAL MOUSE driver (check Control Panel)
  28.  
  29. 4 - If your PC has at least 8Mo your double click arsenal icon and play the game.
  30.     With 16Mo RAM you will have all sounds.

  33. TROUBLE SHOOTINGS

  36. 1 - Your mouse is very slow in the game, while its speed is normal in WIN95.
  37.     -> Install the STANDARD SERIAL MOUSE driver in Win95 desktop.
  38.  
  39. 2 - The game don't start and I have the message "NO EMM DRIVER".
  40.     -> Copy in your CONFIG.SYS insert the line DEVICE=EMM386.EXE RAM.
  41.  
  42. 3 - The game don't start on my NT plateform.
  43.     -> The games does NOT work under any Windows NT, run it under DOS or WIN95.
  44.  
  45. 4 - The game hangs up my PC.
  46.     -> Try to start the game with the command line ARSENAL NOSOUND NOCD.
  47.  
  48. 5 - I have 8Mo of video RAM and the game says "you have not enough video memory".
  49.     -> This is a bug on 0.9 beta shareware version, upload the patch from our site
  50.        or get a newer version.
  51.  
  52. 6 - I have the message "Missing ressource, ADF file corrupted"
  53.     -> Your files are corrupted, upload a newer version from our web site.
