REQUIREMENTS FOR REDISTRIBUTION OF THE CANVAS 5 EVALUATION KIT MATERIALS
YOU MUST OBTAIN WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM DENEBA BEFORE REDISTRIBUTING THE CONTENTS OF THE "CANVAS(TM) 5 EVALUATION KIT."
Deneba's requirements for including the "Canvas(TM) 5 Evaluation Kit" include the following:
1. The ENTIRE contents of the directory labeled: "CV5_EVAL" must be included. This directory is on the root of this CD-R.
2. Users should be made aware that they will need to contact Deneba's web site (at http://www.deneba.com/evaluate/) to obtain a 30-day trial serial number necessary for the installation of the full working version of the Canvas 5 Evaluation Kit. Otherwise they can use the serial number provided in the Read Me file for a non-saving non-printing version of the Canvas 5 Evaluation Kit. You cannot pre-serialize the Canvas 5 Evaluation Kit.
3. The following message should appear on the outside of all redistribution materials: "Canvas 5 Evaluation Version inside! Visit www.deneba.com to activate a full featured version of Canvas 5!" Any documentation included with the kit should also explain the procedure for obtaining a serial number from the Read Me file for a non-saving non-printing version of the Canvas 5 Evaluation Kit or for the full featured version serial number by visiting our web site.
