  74. Version 1.0 by Oakley Data Services.  This document contains only a
  75. brief description of the package and its features, along with
  76. instructions for its installation.  Quite detailed documentation is
  77. included in the package inside a standard Windows Help File. It is more
  78. easily read after installation.
