  4. QUESTION
  5. --------
  6.      When trying to print a formletter from the Main Menu
  7. (Reports/Formletter), TeleMagic only prints one formletter and then
  8. gives the error message "Printer not ready."
  9.  
  10.      [In V12.1, when you print to screen, only one letter will
  11. appear although all letters will print when direction is set to
  12. LPT1 or LPT 2]

  15. SOLUTION
  16. --------
  17.  
  18.      1.  Press F-6 to bring up the Printer Menu.
  19.      
  20.      2.  Highlight "Select Printer Type."
  21.  
  22.      3.  Highlight the printer you are using and press "C" for    
  23.          Change. (enter)
  24.  
  25.      4.  In the Printer Type field (second item down on the left), 
  26.          enter an "S."
  27.  
  28.      5.  Press F-10 to save.
  29.  
  30. Now try to print a formletter from the Main Menu, Reports.
