  6.      The much enhanced TeleMagic V12 will be available for resale
  7. on August 15, 1991. Some of the many new and improved features are:

  9. *    Easy Installation menu program, with database maintenance
  10.      features like adding another database, custom installations,
  11.      adding and deleting users, updating existing databases with
  12.      V12, and more!
  13.  
  14. *    It's Here NOW!  Printer Support for changing fonts, pitch,
  15.      typestyle, etc. in your TeleMagic Wordprocessing documents. 
  16.      Now you can highlight your text with UNDERLINE, BOLD, Italic,
  17.      or any enhancement of your choice.
  18.  
  19. *    Greatly enhanced Wordprocessor allows setting left and right
  20.      margins and word wrap of merged information while printing.
  21.  
  22. *    Internal Electronic Mail in V12 Network, including secure
  23.      notes, group and public notes, and easy-to-use message
  24.      broadcast features.
  25.  
  26. *    Terminate and stay resident (TSR) operation, including full
  27.      working Calendar alarms while you work in other applications.
  28.  
  29. *    Exciting new Packaging, including a completely rewritten
  30.      Guidebook with lots more examples, a new Network
  31.      Administrator's Guide, and the Products and Services Catalog
  32.      on Diskette.

  34. *    Up to 300 additional User Defined Fields (up to 1,000 fields with
  35.      a developers kit) which can be a mixture of Character, Numeric,
  36.      Date, or additional Notepad (memo fields).  User can select the

  38. well as Filters, Printing Merged Fields, and Reports.

  40. *    Pop-Up Appointment Calendar and Alarm system which supports an
  41.      unlimited number of users, recurring appointments, an optional
  42.      notepad for each appointment, archiving of deleted
  43.      appointments and many other features.

  47. *    Improved Rebuild security prevents accidental logins during

  52.      in Spanish when you print formletters.

  54. *    You can now have up to 5 MARG (margin) commands in a document. 
  55.      This means you can indent portions of your text for greatest

  58. *    The Last Call field may now be updated based on the call
  59.      result code you enter.  You can avoid updating the Last Call
  60.      field if the number you dialed was busy, didn't answer, or for
  61.      any reason that you would like to specify.

  63. *    TeleMagic now remembers which Filter you were using the last
  64.      time you logged in. Also, you now have 10 full AND/OR
  65.      conditions to describe any type of Filter you want!

  67. *    Mail Merge Export for WordPerfect now supports versions 5.0
  68.      and 5.1.

  70. *    More Flexible database use:  The following field prompts can
  71.      be any user-defined fields on the first or second screen: 
  72.      Start, Dear, Last Revision, Title.
  73.  
  74. *    The LAST REV. is a new field which will keep the last date and
  75.      time changes were made to a contact record. The format of this
  76.      field is exactly the same as start field and is automatically
  77.      updated by TeleMagic.  This helps users Filter out records
  78.      that have been changed for special mailings or other follow-
  79.      ups, etc.

  81. *    Primary and Secondary ID can be automatically entered by
  82.      TeleMagic from information you enter in any field. 
  83.  
  84. *    Labels printed from the Reports Menu will now print the total
  85.      number of labels printed.  This easily helps you plan your
  86.      bulk mailings.
  87.  
  88. *    A hot new Speed key feature will allow you to set your
  89.      keyboard to maximum speed on your AT-compatible system.
  90.  
  91. *    Works in Windows as a DOS application.  In fact, TeleMagic
  92.      users don't need menus or program launching applications like
  93.      Windows or Desqview because you can run any other programs you
  94.      need in TeleMagic's DOS Window or TSR feature.
