  3. RIMEyymm.TXT    - The monthly newsletter file where mmyy is the
  4.                   Month/Year of release.
  5. RIMEyymm.EXE   - The monthly newsletter file as a self viewer is
  6.                   not included this month to make room for the BBS
  7.                   Census material.  It will return next month.]
  8. DESC.SDI        - Description file.
  9. FILE_ID.DIZ     - Description file.
  10. README          - This file.
  11. RT.ANS          - An ANSI color screen suitable for use as a BBS
  12.                   news file advertising the current month's issue.
  13. RT.ASC          - An ASCII version of the above.
  14. TFORM92.ZIP     - Census Form

  16. The newsletter is formatted in single column using QEdit V 2.15.  The
  17. file is saved as ASCII with a "fancy" first page banner made up of
  18. extended ASCII characters (those above 128) merged into the file.
  19.  
  20. The newsletter is much easier to read when printed on paper.  If after
  21. printing, the first page banner looks "funny" and not "fancy" you may
  22. either: 1) Ignore the banner and read on.  2) Configure your printer to
  23. emulate an IBM graphics printer.  3) Find a copy of MPMPRINT (shareware)
  24. which does a fine job of reproducing "unusual" characters on
  25. non-graphics printers.

  27. To print the newsletter you may either use the DOS Print command or enter
  28. "COPY RIMEyymm.TXT PRN".
