  2.                HANDYNET INFORMATION AND MESSAGE EXCHANGE

  4.         Handy net was created to be a specialty netwok with the main
  5.         concern being Alternative energy sources. There are many out
  6.         there, but there is not a diverse enough ammount of information
  7.         available that EASY to find.  Well I hope that EVERY bbs in the
  8.         Nation and The WORLD will join in on this network. That is after
  9.         all how we can get the most information exchanged and We can all
  10.         Learn and help each other learn. The Earth need us, and WE NEED it.

  12.         We all Have to work together or generation will feel our MISTAKES
  13.         So hopefully this source of information exchange will prove worthy.

  16.         Handynet is one of the newest international networks.  We
  17.         support 19 conferences with an UNLIMETED potential of Coverage
  18.         We offer Pcrelay and any .qwk compatible mail system.
  19.         We use the best networking software available with mail
  20.         turnaround times potentially of less than one day!

  22.         We consider ourselves a technical network, with an open
  23.         structure. Our requirments for joining are small - an
  24.         interest in networking with Many other boards across the
  25.         world, a willingness to join in and help where necessary and
  26.         contribute to the conferences that YOU enjoy reading,
  27.         ownership of PCRelay software and a small membership fee.

  30.         There are a few rules to be followed:

  32.         1) Aliases are not permitted (except in designated conferences)
  33.         but sysop-permitted-benign-aliases for whatever reason the
  34.         sysop decides (such as Joe Green) are of course no concern of
  35.         the network.

  37.         2) All nodes must take one conference - the HANDYNET conference
  38.         so that any user is able to reach any other user in the
  39.         network. With ALL boards we want our users to be able to
  40.         quickly find a common link from board to board.
