  10. A few rules to begin this Network.....

  12.            a. Lets keep things on the learning not preaching level!
  13.            b. Apsolutely no FLAMING. if something bothers you Leave a
  14.               Message TO: BRIAN MARX ->CUTTINGI
  15.            c. Iether PcRelay or any .qwk Compatible door software will
  16.               be used for all transfers.
  17.            d. If you carry this net as a sysop PLEASE download your Mail
  18.               on a daily basis, so as to keep your users current...
  19.            e. Only the SysOp operating mail function on your BBS will have
  20.               Access to the Network Conference.
  21.            f. There are NO fees, Dues, ECT.
  22.            g. NOONE will be alowed to charge ANY ammount for another sysop
  23.               to download mail for this Net.
  24.            h. The first BBS in a calling area must approve of another BBS
  25.               joining this net in the SAME calling area.
