Regional user groups will be meeting. For example: Brian Russell
and Savannah Brentnall will speak at the Clipper users group
meeting. Get in the action by staging your own local competition
before the national competition. Send the winner! Concurrent On-
Line Competition on CompuServe: Next best thing to being there.
This allows those who can't travel or spend the time to compete
against other on-line competitors to win cash and prizes.
Held in conjunction with Software 92: A business seminar with
workshops for matters relating to software: legal, marketing,
personnel, exporting and many others. Sponsored by the largest
entrepreneurial council in the US. Sponsors can make the best use
of their time by giving a seminar or user group presentation at
Software 92 and then exhibiting at the competition.
For more information on the competition, download DCMP92.ZIP from
the CompuServe DBA forum, Library 1. It contains the proceedings
from the 1991 competition, rules, last year's competition, plus
everything else about the competition.
