  6.       Tech in the US, behind Silicon Valley.  According to Fortune Magazine,
  7.       RTP recently passed Boston.

  9. 2.    There are 1000 Software Development Companies in North Carolina alone. 
  10.       The 1992 Developers Competition is an international event.  Software 92
  11.       is a Southeast Regional event.  Do you need to reach the Southeast?
