  1. To install this software type the following command at the DOS prompt.

  3.    clock200 /ec:\utils setup
  4.  
  5. The text "c:\utils" can be replaced with a directory of your choice.
  6. It is the directory in which the software will be installed.
  7.  
  8. If you did not enter the command line parameters when you executed
  9. this program then press the "n" key to exit and re-execute the command 
  10. using the command line parameters.
  11.  
  12. Otherwise press the "y" key to continue.
