This program is available as MoneyTree SoftWare. MoneyTree, as the name
implies, is a tree that bears money as its fruit.
This program is shareware that pays YOU money. Your name and address is
coded into the program and included in the documentation. Every time a user
registers the program - YOU GET THE MONEY! Whenever you hand out a copy of
the program or upload it to a BBS, you just planted another MoneyTree. The
larger the orchard, the greater the harvest. Year after year, each and every
MoneyTree continues growing and bearing more and more fruit.
Most computer users share their programs with three to four friends and
associates. These people in turn share their copy with three to four people,
who in turn...
As the author of the program I don't receive any money from your MoneyTree,
it's your tree and the fruit from it belongs to you. I do however, retain
the copyrights and ownership of the programs and the source code.
People have told me "You're crazy, you share the program, not the money!".
The way I see it, there are over 65,000,000 computers in the United States
alone and I can't reach all of them.
Now, don't get me wrong or misunderstand the offer. This is not a get-rich-
quick scheme. The Post Office won't back a truck full of money to your door,
but, a $20 program trickling in five registrations per month is like having
$20,000 in the bank earning 6% interest. Now when someone says "Do you think
money grows on trees?", you can confidently answer, YES!
The cost is $365.00 (equal to $1 a day for one year) and includes:
Unlimited lifetime rights to copy and distribute the program,
Your name and address coded into the program and included in the
documentation (that's where the users send the money).
I have additional MoneyTree programs available for planting, contact me for
more information. Jim Savoia, 215-532-0950 ext. 184, 215 Amosland Road,
Norwood, PA 19074.
I reserve the right to withdraw this offer in the future, just in case the
people who say I'm crazy are right.
If you plant a MoneyTree in the name of your favorite charity, church or
organization, it may be tax deductible. How about a gift to a newborn baby?
I am thinking of setting a limit on the number of MoneyTree Farmers for each
program, Please let me know what your feelings are.
A personal note:
I retired from my full-time job four years ago at the age of 36. Since then
I have been writing and distributing programs as shareware. It is both
rewarding and enjoyable for reasons other than profit. It amazes me how my
programs wind up all over the world. Registrations come from so far and wide
that my children took up stamp collecting as hobbies.
