  19. The files on the distribution diskette are compressed.  CINEX.EXE will     
  20. expand them into your hard disk. A hard disc is recommanded or at least 
  21. a 720K disquette.  
  22.  
  23. Make a copy of the distribution diskette and work with the copy.
  24. Assuming you are using floppy drive A and a hard disk drive C, follow
  25. these directions:
  26.           
  27.           1. Create a directory on drive C
  28.              type MD CINEMA and press ENTER
  29.  
  30.           2. Type CD CINEMA
  31.           
  32.           3. Place the distribution diskette in drive A:  
  33.  
  34.           4. type A:CINEX.EXE 
  35.              the following files should now be in the CINEMA directory:
  36.  
  37.                   DEMOCINE.EXE       the main program
  38.                   CINE.DBF           the database
  39.                   REGISTER.DOC       document to register
  40.                   CINE.DOC           document explaining functions
  41.                   README.1st         this file 
  42.                   
  43. To start the program type DEMOCINE.  The index files will be 
  44. automatically created and the datafile will appear on the screen.

  46. You are now ready to explore the program and determine if you like it. 
  47. There are 13 entries in the database to get you started.  Replace them 
  48. with your own data.  There is a limit of 100 entries in this demonstration
  49. on the 101st entry a flashing notice will appear at the bottom of the screen.
